I’m searching for a reliable partner who can step straight into my client projects and turn real-world business processes into rock-solid automations. Workflow automation is the main focus, so you’ll spend most of your time analysing existing procedures, spotting bottlenecks and then stitching together streamlined, rules-based flows that work inside the tools my clients already know. Day-to-day you will be: • Talking directly with stakeholders to map their current process in plain language • Designing, building and testing automations that connect the following in particular: – Project management tools – Email systems – Our existing automation tools / scripts • Documenting each step clearly so a non-technical manager can follow the logic • Providing short, regular progress updates and jumping on quick calls when clarification is needed Technical fluency with APIs, databases, dashboard frameworks and AI utilities is essential because many of our solutions blend data syncing, approvals, reporting and AI-assisted decision points. To help me gauge fit quickly, please include past work that shows: • A before-and-after snapshot of a workflow you automated • The stack you used and why • Results in measurable terms (time saved, error reduction, etc.) I handle all client communications, but you must be comfortable joining discovery calls as the technical expert. If this first project runs smoothly there’s plenty more in the queue, so think of it as the start of an ongoing collaboration.
