I’m looking for an experienced call-center team that can engage prospects, qualify their borrowing needs, and hand over warm leads ready for our in-house sales specialists. Scripts and key qualifying questions are ready, but I’m open to your input on language tweaks that improve conversion. All conversations must be logged in real time in our CRM. To keep things straightforward, here’s what I expect at each stage: • Daily dial attempts and connection rates reported inside the CRM • Each qualified lead to include full contact details, loan amount sought, timeline, and any credit-readiness notes • Call recordings or QA summaries for spot-checking quality Performance will be monitored weekly; consistent targets unlock additional campaigns in adjacent financial products.
