I’m building a mobile service that lets cancer patients quickly obtain a second medical opinion. On both iOS and Android, a patient will sign up with simple phone-number verification, upload every investigation image they already have, and watch our AI module automatically place those images in perfect chronological order. From the doctor’s side, the clinician will open the arranged case file, review it, and return a written opinion that is delivered to the patient as a downloadable PDF. The PDF must also embed objective evidence—reference images, guidelines, or citations—so the patient understands why a particular treatment path is recommended. Here’s what I need from you: • A production-ready Android and iOS app, built from a single codebase if possible for efficiency • Secure image upload, compression, and encrypted cloud storage • AI-based chronological sorting (our model is ready; you’ll connect to it through an API) • Automatic PDF generation with embedded evidence links or images • Clean, intuitive UI/UX for patients and doctors, including dark mode • Phone number sign-up / log-in with OTP verification • Admin dashboard or lightweight backend where I can manage users and monitor AI processing queues • Full hand-over of source code, build scripts, and brief technical documentation has payment source also Acceptance criteria: the apps install without errors, a mock patient can upload at least 50 images in one session, the AI returns a correctly ordered timeline within two minutes, and the generated PDF opens on standard readers with all images intact. If you have experience in HIPAA-compliant storage, Flutter or React Native, image processing, and dynamic PDF creation, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
