Our operations team is growing fast and I need a virtual assistant who can actively search for talent and run the first-round screen based mainly on each prospect’s work experience. You’ll receive a profile of the roles we’re filling, then you will: • locate potential applicants through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels • review their résumés for relevant, hands-on experience (I’m open to entry-, mid- or senior-level backgrounds) • compile a brief screening summary highlighting why the person’s experience aligns with the role • hand over qualified leads so my in-house staff can take them to the next stage I’ll provide clear screening templates and access to our preferred platforms; you simply plug in your research, keep the data tidy and send a concise daily update. If you’re organised, resourceful and comfortable evaluating work histories, I’d love to see how many strong candidates you can surface.
