What I need now is a seasoned sales professional who already understands the candle industry inside out and can step in immediately to accelerate revenue on all fronts. You’ll be responsible for driving new wholesale relationships, boosting repeat orders from existing stockists, and pushing online conversions through strategic outreach and promotions. Because you know the nuances of fragrance selections, seasonal trends, packaging expectations, and margin structures in this space, I expect you to hit the ground running rather than spending weeks getting up to speed.
