I need a mobile application that lets my customers book, track, and review our on-demand car wash service from a single, intuitive interface. Booking flow Users will browse a calendar tied to our working hours and choose from the exact time slots we make available. Once confirmed, the slot is locked so no double-booking can occur. Live service status After a booking goes through, the customer should see the job progress—queued, in progress, and finished—updated in real time by the washer or an admin toggle. Feedback & reviews When the wash is marked complete, customers can rate the experience, write a short comment, and view past reviews before deciding on future washes. Notifications The app must deliver three push-notification types: • Appointment reminders ahead of the scheduled slot • Instant service-completion alerts • Periodic promotional offers we configure in an admin panel Preferred tech Any modern stack (Flutter, React Native, native Swift/Kotlin, etc.) works so long as performance remains smooth and notifications land reliably. A lightweight backend with an admin interface is required for managing slots, orders, reviews, and promo pushes. Deliverables • Full source code for iOS and Android • Backend/API with basic dashboard for slot, order, review, and notification management • Deployable builds plus one round of post-test fixes Acceptance criteria 1. A user can reserve a wash only from the available slots shown. 2. Job status changes reflect instantly on the customer screen. 3. All three notification types reach the device in real time. 4. Feedback posts immediately and displays in the reviews section.
