Once the layout is locked, I will rely on you to specify every critical asset, from ECG and stress-test systems through cath-lab equipment and monitoring stations, with recommended makes, models, and indicative pricing. A phased implementation schedule that sequences construction, equipment delivery, installation, and validation must accompany the bill of quantities so we can control cash flow and minimise downtime. Because cardiology care is heavily regulated, the package has to map each room and process to the relevant safety and infection-control standards, fire regulations, and radiation-shielding guidelines.
