I am expanding my trucking operation and need a sharp recruiter who can bring qualified carriers—both owner-operators and small trucking companies—onto our authority, then stay with them through onboarding and early dispatch. Here’s the flow I want you to own: 1. Build and refine a targeted list of prospects, then make the initial contact by phone and email. 2. Craft clear, persuasive call and email scripts from scratch that sell our lease-on program and answer common objections. 3. Guide each interested carrier through onboarding, collecting their W-9, proof of insurance, and CDL copies before submitting the packet for approval. 4. Keep detailed notes and follow up until the carrier signs the agreement. 5. Once signed, coordinate their first loads and assist our dispatcher so the transition onto our board is seamless. Deliverables I will review weekly: • Fresh call & email scripts ready to A/B test • A running lead tracker showing status, next action, and notes • Completed document packets (W-9, insurance, CDL) for every signed carrier • A brief report on first-week load coordination for new sign-ons Success for me is five or more qualified carriers onboard each month, each starting with a booked load in their first week.
