I’m putting together a small, laid-back indoor-outdoor wedding and need an experienced planner to handle the overall coordination. Your main task will be making sure every moving piece works together smoothly on the day, from timeline management to liaising with vendors and the venue staff. The focus is coordination rather than photography or catering. Décor, seating and lighting are already loosely sketched out. Deliverables: • Detailed event-day schedule with vendor call times • On-site management from setup through breakdown • One pre-event walkthrough and a final checklist covering all logistics If you’ve guided weddings before, especially casual ones, let me know your approach and a few past successes.
