I need a detailed routine-maintenance report for our CCTV network. Your document should review three core areas of the system: To facilitate proper planning and coordination, please provide a more detailed schedule including the following information for each site separately: Provide the preventive maintenance report in the approved format in detail. Confirm compliance with all MOI requirements and applicable security standards. Provide a detailed maintenance schedule for each site individually. Include the site name and location for each maintenance activity. Specify the planned maintenance date for each site. Specify the maintenance start and end time for each site. Provide the scope of work to be performed at each site. List all security systems and equipment covered under the maintenance visit. Identify the assigned maintenance team and responsible engineer/technician. Highlight any expected service interruptions or operational impacts if any. Provide a summary of findings and observations for each site. Identify any faulty, obsolete, or end-of-life equipment. Master tracker sheet including the preventive maintenance dashboard.
