I’m looking to replace our time-consuming manual resume searches with a single, intelligent, web-based platform that keeps every candidate file at our fingertips. The system has to store thousands of résumés from many industries and seniority levels, index them efficiently, and let us pull up the right profiles in seconds.Team sitting remotely should be able to access from web with own user id and password. Core capabilities I need from day one include: • Advanced search filters that let us combine keywords, skills, experience range, location, education, and any custom tags. • An automated résumé-categorization engine that reads each document, detects industry, function, and seniority, and saves those tags for instant filtering. • Role-based user access control so recruiters, hiring managers, and admins each see only what they should. All of this must live behind an intuitive, responsive web interface. For résumé intake, I want the flexibility to drag-and-drop files, have the system parse attachments arriving in a dedicated mailbox, and pull fresh profiles directly from connected job portals via their APIs. Deliverables 1. Responsive web front-end with dashboard, search, and profile views. 2. Scalable backend (database + search engine) with REST/GraphQL APIs. 3. NLP-powered parsing and categorization module. 4. Secure user management and permission layer. 5. Integrations for manual upload, email parsing, and job-portal APIs. 6. Setup scripts, environment documentation, and a short hand-over session. I’ll handle hosting; just package the solution in Docker or a similarly straightforward deployment format and include a seed dataset so I can verify speed, accuracy, and tag quality before sign-off.
