I am looking for someone who already holds the official Odoo 19 Functional Certification and can jump straight into a live environment without hand-holding. The immediate focus is to review our current setup, close the remaining configuration gaps, and be on hand for process refinement and knowledge transfer. Modules in scope: • Accounting • Inventory Management • HR Management • Supply Chain / Logistics Here is what I expect from the engagement: 1. Walk through each of the above modules, check current configurations against best practice, and document every change you make. 2. Train my internal users (remotely) on any new workflows you introduce, making sure they can repeat the steps without you. 3. Deliver clear, step-by-step SOPs in PDF or Odoo Studio notes so future staff can follow along. 4. Be available for quick follow-ups during the first week after hand-over to tackle any post-deployment questions. You will have direct access to our staging database, with production changes happening only after my sign-off. I speak English and prefer to communicate via video call and Slack. If you are certified, comfortable with the listed modules, and can start right away, I would love to work with you.
