I have a Domestic Violence Restraining Order already in place against me and a court date on July 30 in California family court to challenge it. I need full legal representation at that hearing—someone admitted to the California Bar who routinely handles DVRO matters. Between now and the appearance I will give you the existing order, police reports, declarations, and any other filings. I’m counting on you to: • Review the complete file, spot evidentiary weaknesses, and outline a defense strategy. • Prepare rebuttal evidence and witness questions, then walk me through what to expect so I can testify confidently. • Draft or update any declarations, trial briefs, or proposed orders the court may require. • Appear in person (or remotely if the judge allows) on July 30 and argue for modification or dismissal of the order.
