Adult Content Chat Operator We are looking for a confident, engaging, and sales-driven chat operator to manage conversations with fans for an established adult content creator. Your role is to build genuine engagement, keep subscribers interested, and maximize revenue through chat. Compensation * US$150/month fixed salary * 25% of all net revenue you generate through your chats and sales There is no cap on your earnings. The more revenue you generate, the more you earn. Responsibilities * Respond to fan messages in a timely and engaging manner. * Build relationships with subscribers and keep them coming back. * Maintain the creator’s personality and style in every conversation. * Upsell premium content, subscriptions, and custom content. * Encourage repeat purchases and increase customer retention. * Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of communication. * Meet agreed performance and sales targets. Requirements * Comfortable working in the adult content industry. * Comfortable engaging in sexually explicit conversations in a professional and respectful manner. * Excellent written English. * Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills. * Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently. * Previous experience as a chat operator or in online sales/customer support is an advantage but not essential.
