I’m assembling a small team of Pakistan-based chemical engineers who work confidently in Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus. Your core mission is to build and refine steady-state or dynamic process models, push them through rigorous optimisation, extract clean datasets for further analysis, and then translate everything into a clear, professional technical report that a non-specialist stakeholder can still follow. Typical assignments will include: • Creating or updating complete Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus files for new and existing flowsheets • Running sensitivity studies and optimisation routines to improve energy use, yields, or economics • Generating concise mass- and energy-balance tables, convergence screenshots, and annotated flowsheets • Writing a polished report that explains methodology, key assumptions, model results, and recommendations Acceptance criteria: 1. Simulation files open error-free in the stated Aspen version and converge under the documented conditions. 2. All optimisation variables and constraints are listed and reproducible. 3. The final report (Word or PDF) summarises objectives, methods, results, and actionable insights, with figures and tables properly labelled. If you have a solid chemical-engineering foundation, practical experience across process, materials, or environmental applications, and can back it up with crisp technical writing, I’d like to see examples of your previous Aspen work along with a brief note on your availability.
