You should hold OOW or Chief Mate 3000 qualifications and thrive in a fast‑paced, charter‑driven environment. Start date ASAP; salary 7,000 EUR per month with 60 days leave and standard travel arrangements. Flights and a bonus structure are in place to recognise performance.
