We are an Indian company in the renewable energy sector looking to establish a trading company in Guangzhou, China. We are seeking an experienced freelancer or agency to manage the complete company registration process and assist with opening a corporate bank account. Scope of Work: Register a foreign-owned company (WFOE or other suitable structure) in Guangzhou. Obtain the Business License and complete all required government registrations. Assist with tax registration and company seals (chops). Provide or arrange a registered office address, if required. Assist in obtaining an Import & Export License (if applicable). Support the opening of a corporate bank account with a reputable Chinese bank. Advise on compliance, accounting, and annual filing requirements. Requirements: Proven experience registering companies for foreign investors in China. Strong knowledge of Chinese corporate, tax, and banking regulations. Fluent in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage). Ability to provide references or examples of similar projects.
