I want to break into the outbound China market and need a business-development specialist who already understands the travel-agent landscape there. My company, Dara Flores Adventures, operates a fleet of boats in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia, offering day trips, multi-day cruises and fully custom tours through the islands of Komodo National Park. I’m interested in securing non-exclusive partnerships with established Chinese tour operators and wholesalers who package international experiences. You will be responsible for identifying the right decision makers, opening conversations, and guiding them toward cooperation agreements that let them sell my available sailing inventory. What I already have in place: • A bilingual website and downloadable brochures you can share as collateral. • Well-defined price grids, commission tiers and real-time availability feeds that make it easy for agents to add our products to their catalogues. What I need from you: • A vetted list of relevant China-based outbound travel agencies (name, role, email, WeChat/phone). • Introductory outreach, follow-ups and scheduling of virtual meetings between the agents and me. • A summary report of all discussions, agent requirements and next steps so I can finalise agreements. Acceptance criteria: 1. At least twenty warm, qualified leads generated and contacted. 2. Minimum of five agents agreeing to continue negotiations for distribution of our day trips, cruises or custom itineraries. 3. Delivery of all contact data, call notes and proposed action items in a shared spreadsheet. If you already maintain relationships with Chinese tour operators, please mention them (no confidential details needed), and outline the strategy you would take to match our product with their clientele.
