I’m looking for a skilled video editor to turn my raw entertainment footage into a smooth, cinematic final cut. The project calls for thoughtful pacing, seamless transitions, refined color grading, and balanced audio so the finished piece feels polished and immersive rather than overly flashy or frenetic. You’ll receive the original clips, reference music, and a rough storyboard that outlines the overall narrative flow. From there, your job is to craft a cohesive edit that keeps viewers engaged while preserving the relaxed, film-like aesthetic I’m aiming for. I edit in Adobe Premiere Pro myself, so if you work in Premiere—or a compatible NLE that makes project handoffs easy—that’s ideal, though I’m open to DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut if you can export neatly layered project files. When you deliver the first cut, I’ll provide consolidated feedback and we’ll iterate once or twice to lock picture. The final handoff should include: • A high-quality master file (1080p or 4K, depending on source) • A clean, organized project file with all media relinked • Any LUTs or motion graphic assets you used so I can archive everything properly If you love crafting cinematic stories and are confident working on entertainment content, let’s get started.
