Freelance Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer Required Project: Melbourne Celebrates Napoli – 100 Years (1926–2026) We are hosting a black-tie Gala Dinner celebrating 100 Years of SSC Napoli at Club Italia, Melbourne, attended by approximately 100 guests. We require an experienced video editor to produce a 5-minute cinematic opening video that will open the evening before the MC welcomes our guests. This video should feel like the opening sequence of a Netflix sports documentary. ⸻ Objective Take our guests on an emotional journey through the history of Napoli Football Club—from its beginnings in 1926 to becoming one of Europe’s greatest clubs. The video should celebrate: * The city of Naples * The passion of the supporters * Historic moments * Legendary players * Diego Maradona era * Scudetto victories * European success * Modern champions * The connection between Naples and Melbourne’s Italian community The final scene should transition into “Melbourne Celebrates Napoli – 100 Years” and welcome guests to the gala. ⸻ We Will Provide * YouTube links containing historic Napoli footage * Historic photos * Images and logos * Event artwork and branding * A rough storyline * Music suggestions (if required) ⸻ Your Responsibilities * Download and extract footage from supplied YouTube links * Source additional royalty-free cinematic footage where appropriate (Naples skyline, Mount Vesuvius, supporters, stadium atmosphere) * Edit into one seamless 5-minute production * Add cinematic transitions * Motion graphics * Animated titles * Colour grading * Sound design * Background music that builds emotion throughout the video
