I need a full design package for a 5 m × 6 m video-conferencing room that comfortably hosts up to five participants. The solution must centre on the Cisco Webex Board line, covering everything from placement and mounting to network and power requirements. I expect a consultant-grade set of documents that lets my installers build the room without further clarification. This means a clear architectural drawing, AV and network schematics, and a comprehensive Bill of Quantities listing every Cisco part number, cabling type, bracket, and accessory needed. Please include recommendations for optimal microphone and speaker positioning, camera angles, display height, lighting considerations, and any small-room acoustic treatments that improve voice clarity during calls. The final package should include: • Scaled layout drawing (PDF + native file) showing Webex Board, furniture, and user sight-lines • Network topology diagram with VLAN/PoE details for the endpoint, switch, and any Wi-Fi back-up • Bill of Quantities with Cisco SKU codes and estimated quantities • Cable schedule indicating lengths, termination points, and labeling convention • Brief configuration guide to bring the Webex Board online with Webex cloud or hybrid registration • One round of revisions after my internal review Experience with Cisco design tools (e.g., Webex Room Finder, CCW) and similar small-room deployments is important, and I will give priority to engineers holding CCNP Collaboration or higher.
