CATEGORY: SEO / Link Building / Local SEO BUDGET TYPE: Fixed price, paid per verified live listing --- OVERVIEW --- We are a digital marketing agency managing local SEO for a professional-services client based in Dubai, UAE. We need an experienced citation builder to create and, where a listing already exists, claim/update business listings across a supplied list of ~100 UAE and international directories. This is ongoing, repeatable work for the right person. Do this batch well and we have more clients lined up. --- WHAT WE PROVIDE --- • A locked "business details" sheet (exact business name, address, phone, website, email, categories, description in 3 lengths, logo, social links). You copy from this exactly — no improvising. • The full list of directories with sign-up URLs, priority order and per-site notes. • A tracking sheet with columns for you to fill: account email used, live listing URL, date, status. --- SCOPE OF WORK --- 1. Before creating anything, SEARCH each platform for an existing listing under the business's former name (we will tell you what it is). If one exists, CLAIM and UPDATE it — do NOT create a duplicate. Duplicates hurt the client and will not be paid. 2. Create/complete the listing with 100% consistent Name, Address, Phone (NAP) exactly as supplied. One wrong character (St vs Street, Ste vs Office) = not accepted. 3. Fill EVERY field the platform offers: description, category, hours, website, logo, cover image, services. 4. Paste the LIVE public listing URL and the account email into the tracker. 5. Where a platform needs verification (email/postcode/licence), submit it and mark it "pending" — payment for those follows once it goes live. --- PAYMENT TERMS (READ CAREFULLY) --- • We pay ONLY for listings that are LIVE and publicly visible with correct, consistent NAP — verified by us against the live URL you provide. • We do NOT pay for: duplicates, listings still "pending review" that never go live, listings with wrong/inconsistent details, spun or fake profiles, or dead-link directories. • Please quote your price PER LIVE LISTING in your bid (e.g. "$X per verified live citation"). We will confirm a per-listing rate and release milestones as batches go live. • First milestone will be a small paid test batch (5–10 listings) so we can both confirm quality before scaling. --- HOUSE RULES --- • No keyword stuffing the business name. Ever. • No automated/spun submissions — these get filtered and will be rejected. • Realistic pace: quality over speed. We are not looking for 100 listings dumped in 3 days. • Never store or share passwords in plain text — we will agree a secure method. • Use only the dedicated listings inbox we provide.
