Build a Modern Property Maintenance Website & Mobile App – City Pro Fix (London) Project Overview I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small agency to build a modern, fast, and easy-to-use website and mobile app for my London-based property maintenance company, City Pro Fix. I am looking for a long-term developer, so if the project is successful there will be ongoing work and future features. Website Requirements The website should include: - Home - About Us - Services - Book Online - Emergency Services - Areas We Cover - Gallery - Reviews - FAQs - Contact - Privacy Policy - Terms & Conditions Services - Plumbing - Heating - Gas Engineers - Boiler Repairs & Servicing - Electrical - Handyman - Carpentry - Painting & Decorating - Bathroom & Kitchen Repairs - Handyman Furniture Assembly - TV Wall Mounting - Door & Lock Repairs - Emergency Repairs Booking System Customers should be able to: - Select a service - Describe the job - Upload photos or videos - Choose a preferred date and time - Enter their address and contact details - Request a quote or pay a deposit - Receive a booking confirmation email Customer Features - Customer accounts (or guest checkout) - Booking history - Download invoices - WhatsApp integration - Click-to-call - Google Maps - Stripe payment integration - Apple Pay & Google Pay (if possible) Mobile App I would like Android and iPhone apps connected to the same system as the website. The app should allow customers to: - Book a service - Upload photos/videos - View bookings - Receive booking updates - Make payments - Contact City Pro Fix - Leave reviews If my budget does not allow the apps in Phase 1, the website must be built with an API-ready backend so mobile apps can be added later without rebuilding the system. Admin Dashboard I need a simple dashboard where I can manage: - Bookings - Customers - Services - Prices - Reviews - Gallery - Enquiries - Basic reports Design - Premium, modern design - Dark Blue, White & Silver branding - Mobile responsive - Fast loading - Excellent user experience SEO Please include basic SEO: - Fast performance - XML Sitemap - Meta titles & descriptions - Local SEO structure - Google Search Console & Analytics setup Payment Terms Payments will only be released through the Freelancer Milestone Payment System after each milestone has been completed, tested, and approved. Proposed Milestones Milestone 1 (10%) - UI/UX design and homepage approval Milestone 2 (40%) - Fully working website with booking system and admin dashboard Milestone 3 (30%) - Android & iPhone app (or API-ready backend if agreed) Milestone 4 (20%) - Testing, bug fixes, deployment, source code, documentation, and final handover Please Include in Your Proposal - Fixed project price - Estimated completion time - Technology you recommend - Examples of similar booking, tradesman, handyman, plumbing or home service projects you have personally built - 30+ days of bug support - Full source code - Full admin access - Training after completion Please do not send generic portfolios.
