CivicEye Mobile Reporting App

Descripción de la oferta
I’m launching CivicEye, a citizen-first platform that lets people spot a pothole, overflowing bin, water leak or failed street-light and send the report straight to city staff from their phone. The scope is mobile-only and the app must run smoothly on both Android and iOS. Core experience • Secure sign-up and login, then a two-tap flow to capture a photo, grab the GPS location automatically and file the issue. • Live ticket timeline showing every status change, with push notifications so users always know when their complaint moves forward. • Map and list views with filters so residents can see open, in-progress and resolved items around them. Back-office I’ll need a lightweight web-based dashboard (you can use React, Angular or the stack you prefer) where authorised staff can triage new submissions, change status, assign them, leave notes and export data. Basic analytics—total reports, average resolution time, heatmaps—should be available at a glance. Technical expectations • Native or cross-platform codebase (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift—your call) that compiles into high-performance Android and iOS binaries. • RESTful or GraphQL APIs, written with clean, well-documented code, protected by token-based security. • A relational or document database that scales; please architect it so adding new issue categories or cities later is trivial. • Follow OWASP Mobile Top 10, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and keep third-party dependencies up to date. • CI/CD pipeline that lets me publish test builds to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Track with one command. Deliverables 1. Source code for Android & iOS apps. 2. Backend services and schema. 3. Admin dashboard with analytics widgets. 4. Deployment scripts and read-me style documentation. 5. One round of post-launch bug fixes. Acceptance criteria will be a successful end-to-end demo: user reports an issue, receives notification, and the admin panel reflects the full lifecycle in real time. If you have prior work in civic tech, geolocation photo uploads or push-heavy apps, mention it—those examples will help me decide quickly.
