I need a full 2-D design package for a new commercial facility, with the emphasis on a cost-saving, heavy-duty structural concept. The building must be documented clearly enough for both municipal approval and contractor pricing, so accuracy is critical. I will rely on you to prepare: • Complete floor plans showing room layouts and all critical dimensions • Exterior elevations that convey material call-outs and overall heights • Cross-sections that highlight structural depths, slab and roof build-ups • A detailed Bill of Quantities broken down by trade, ready for tendering Drawings should be delivered in DWG and PDF, and the BOQ in an editable spreadsheet. All files need to align—quantities must reference the same grids, levels and material tags seen in the plans, elevations and sections. If you have experience squeezing extra efficiency out of steel or reinforced-concrete frames without compromising durability, that will fit perfectly with the cost-saving brief. I will review by checking dimensions, coordination among views, and that BOQ totals match take-offs from the drawings.
