I am preparing to file both a civil complaint and a criminal complaint in Indian courts and need airtight draft plaint documents for each matter. The work calls for someone who can translate the relevant facts and causes of action into clear, persuasive pleadings that comply fully with the Code of Civil Procedure as well as the Criminal Procedure Code. Here is what I expect: • One Civil complaint drafted in MS Word, ready for court formatting, complete with jurisdictional statements, cause-of-action breakdown, prayer, verification and annexure list. • One Criminal complaint that mirrors the same standard of precision, referencing the applicable penal provisions and relief sought. I will supply case facts, chronology, and any supporting evidence I already have. Your role is to structure these into the two pleadings, insert the correct citations, and flag any factual gaps I must fill before filing. Acceptance criteria – Language is free of ambiguity and courtroom-ready. – Citations follow current SCC/ AIR style. – Drafts pass an internal legal review on my end with no substantive revisions required.
