I’m putting together a Civil Engineering Quality-Control “Smart Ready Reckoner” and need a Flutter specialist who is physically based in Bhopal so we can meet in person when required. The entire solution will run as a mobile application and must feel completely native on both Android and iOS. Core functions I need built into the app • Material quality assessment – quick look-ups, acceptance criteria and on-site data capture. • Site inspection checklist – guided, tap-through inspections that time-stamp photos and notes. • Compliance tracking – dashboard that flags non-conformities and stores evidence for later audit. I’ll supply the civil engineering standards and the specific formulas the reckoner should reference; you convert that into a clean, offline-capable Flutter interface with local data storage and the ability to export PDF or Excel summaries. Deliverables 1. Flutter/Dart source code (well-documented, pushed to a private Git repo). 2. Tested release builds (APK + iOS IPA/TestFlight). 3. A brief hand-off session so I’m comfortable maintaining the codebase. Acceptance criteria • All three core functions operate without crashes on mid-range Android and recent iPhones. • Data persists offline and syncs when connectivity returns. • Generated reports match the standards I provide exactly.
