I am in the pre-trial discovery phase of an ongoing civil action and want to either secure a fair monetary settlement or, if negotiations stall, move confidently into the courtroom. To do that, I need an experienced litigator who can step in immediately and cover every angle of the case. You will help me with: • Document preparation – drafting and refining pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and any required motions • Ongoing legal advice – clear guidance on strategy, evidence, and negotiation leverage as we work toward settlement • Court representation – readiness to appear and advocate for me at hearings and, if necessary, at trial Key information – Case posture: active discovery, deadlines approaching – Desired outcome: monetary compensation through settlement first, trial if needed – Jurisdiction: U.S. civil court (specific venue details provided once engaged) Deliverables are complete, court-ready filings; timely strategic updates; and professional appearance or coordination for each scheduled hearing.
