Project Overview: We are Pure & Pull Golf Co., a premium hybrid apparel brand launching our debut FW26 capsule collection. Our aesthetic bridges the gap between traditional golfwear and modern, elevated streetwear—think "boardroom to the course" with a touch of retro-resort luxury. We focus on earthy tones (creams, espresso browns, forest greens), premium heavyweight knits, and tailored, minimalist silhouettes. We have our Collection Matrix, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Measurement Grading Specs fully completed. We are looking for an experienced freelance fashion designer to translate our mood boards, reference photos, and spec sheets into factory-ready Vector Flat Sketches (CADs) and finalize our Tech Packs. Scope of Work: We are launching a capsule collection of roughly 10–12 SKUs (Men's Tops/Bottoms, Women's Bodysuits/Skirts, Unisex Pullovers, and Accessories). Phase 1: The Hero Piece We will start with a paid trial for our hero item: The Fairway Stripe Polo. What we will provide: A clear reference photo of the physical garment, the exact colour codes, the BOM, and a complete S-XXL measurement spec sheet. What you will deliver: Clean, professional Adobe Illustrator vector flat sketches (front, back, and detail views for collar/placket/logo placement) combined with our spec data into one cohesive, factory-ready Tech Pack PDF. If Phase 1 goes well, we will immediately move into Phase 2 to complete the Tech Packs for the remaining items in the collection (trousers, bodysuits, pullovers, and hats). Ideal Candidate Requirements: Proven experience creating technical flat sketches and tech packs for sportswear, golf apparel, or premium knitwear. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator. A strong understanding of garment construction, stitching types (flat-lock, single-needle), and stretch fabrics (4-way pique, compression knits). Ability to match a premium, minimalist brand aesthetic. Strong communication and ability to work efficiently. How to Apply: Please do not send a generic cover letter. To be considered, please provide: 1. A brief introduction explaining your experience with activewear or premium apparel. 2. Required: 2–3 examples of Tech Packs you have created from scratch (specifically showing your vector flat sketches and callouts). 3. Your estimated rate and turnaround time for a single complete Tech Pack (like the Polo described in Phase 1).
