My current site is badly dated and no longer reflects the quality of the services I provide. I need a designer-developer who can replace it with a clean, 1-to-3 page website whose sole job is to present information about those services in a clear, trustworthy manner. Design direction I am drawn to a classic, traditional look—think timeless typography, balanced layouts, and an understated colour palette rather than modern minimalism or bold neon accents. The finished site must feel polished and professional while remaining easy to read on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Content I will supply a mix of existing copy and images; some sections can stay almost verbatim, while others may need light editing or restructuring. If you can suggest subtle improvements to flow or headlines, even better. Technical scope • Build the new site (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable platform—open to your recommendation). • Transfer my current domain and point DNS to the new host without downtime. • Migrate any relevant metadata so existing search engine results continue working. • Set up basic security (HTTPS, updated plugins) and performance optimisation. • Hand over login credentials and a short how-to so I can perform minor content edits myself. Acceptance criteria 1. All pages load correctly on modern browsers and mobile devices. 2. Domain transfer is completed with zero broken links or email disruptions. 3. Final design matches the agreed classic aesthetic and incorporates the supplied content. 4. Site goes live on the agreed date, followed by a brief hand-off session.
