My upcoming wedding calls for a seamless floral vision that ties the entire celebration together, from the moment guests arrive outdoors to the final dance inside the reception hall. I need a florist-designer who can deliver classic, elegant arrangements across both spaces, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout the day. Scope of work • Develop a detailed floral concept that complements a timeless wedding aesthetic. • Source premium, seasonally appropriate blooms and lush greenery. • Design and install pieces for the outdoor ceremony (arch, aisle markers, welcome display) as well as the indoor reception (centerpieces, sweetheart table, cake flowers, entrance arrangements, accents). • Coordinate color palette, vessel choices, and hardware so every element feels unified. • Handle on-site setup before guests arrive, plus efficient post-event breakdown. Acceptance criteria 1. All installations must follow the approved classic-elegant concept. 2. Flowers remain fresh for a full event timeline of up to 10 hours. 3. Transition between outdoor and indoor areas feels visually continuous. 4. Venue surfaces and structures are protected during installation and removal. Please include a brief portfolio of similar weddings, outline preferred flower varieties for the season, and share an estimated stem count or overall floral recipe so I can gauge scale.
