We are looking for an experienced Claude AI specialist to build an automated workflow for an educational portal. The system should perform three primary functions: 1. Search British Council certified counsellor directories every day for newly listed counsellors. 2. Recruit them into our referral partner network through personalized email outreach. 3. Act as an AI Referral Partner Manager by continuously communicating with and engaging our referral partners. The system should also be connected to a CRM where we can monitor all activities and performance. --- ## Scope of Work ### 1. Daily Counsellor Sourcing Claude should automatically: * Search British Council certified counsellor directories every day. * Find newly listed certified counsellors. * Collect publicly available business email addresses. * Avoid duplicate contacts. * Save all qualified leads to the CRM. Claude must never invent or guess email addresses. ### 2. Automated Recruitment Claude should: * Generate personalized invitation emails. * Send invitations through our existing GetAdvisor email account. * Follow up automatically when appropriate. * Answer routine email replies. * Guide interested counsellors through joining our referral partner network. ### 3. Referral Partner Management Once a counsellor joins the network, Claude should become their AI Relationship Manager. Claude should continuously communicate with referral partners by sending relevant updates such as: * New universities and providers * New programs * Scholarships * Upcoming intakes * Application deadlines * Marketing opportunities * Referral tips * Success stories * Motivation emails * Reactivation emails for inactive partners * Any other relevant opportunities that help partners generate more student referrals Claude should decide when and what to communicate based on the partner's activity and previous engagement. ### 4. CRM Integration Everything should be tracked inside a CRM. The CRM should allow us to monitor: * New leads * Invitation emails sent * Replies received * Registered referral partners * Active and inactive partners * Communication history * Student referrals * Engagement activity * Overall statistics and dashboards The freelancer may recommend a suitable CRM. --- ## Requirements The solution should: * Use Claude as the primary AI. * Run automatically every day. * Require minimal manual intervention. * Be simple for a non-technical user to manage. * Allow us to edit prompts, email templates, and communication rules. * Include documentation and video tutorials.
