I want to give Luminous Cleaning Singapore customers the same smooth, on-demand feeling they get from Uber, wrapped in a professional, clean interface that matches our brand. Phase 1 focuses on a customer-facing mobile app for iOS and Android plus a lightweight web dashboard so my team can manage everything in real time. What has to be live in this first milestone: • iOS & Android customer app • Web-based admin dashboard Core customer features: • Secure registration / social or email login • Service booking & scheduling with clear time-slot availability • Built-in Stripe or comparable online payment integration • Push notifications for confirmations, reminders, and status updates • Booking history with repeat-booking shortcut • Post-service ratings and reviews The interface must stay uncluttered, with clean typography, spacious layout, and intuitive flows similar to Uber’s ride request screen. I’m happy to supply brand colours and icons once development starts. Under the hood I’d like a scalable architecture—modular codebase, well-documented APIs, and cloud hosting—so we can bolt on a staff app, live tracking, and a loyalty programme later without refactoring the whole project. Please outline: • Preferred tech stack for both mobile and web • Rough timeline to reach a testable MVP • Any prior work that shows booking, payment, or real-time notification expertise All source code, build scripts, and basic deployment instructions are expected at hand-off so my internal team can manage future updates smoothly.
