I am building the first release of Luminous Cleaning Singapore’s digital platform and need a complete, production-ready solution that covers both the customer experience and my internal administration. Scope of this phase • A native-like customer app for both iOS and Android that lets users register or log in, choose a cleaning service, schedule a time, pay online, receive push notifications, view past bookings, and leave ratings or reviews. • A web-based admin dashboard where my team can see every order in real time, edit schedules, update prices or service details, and respond to customer feedback. Key requirements • Solid, secure user authentication with social login as a plus. • Payment gateway integration (credit/debit cards at minimum, with the architecture flexible enough to add PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay later). • Cloud-hosted database and scalable backend so we can bolt on a future staff app, live-tracking, loyalty points, and other modules without rewriting core logic. • Clean, modern UI that matches our brand colours and is responsive across common phone sizes. • Push notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, status changes, and promotional messages. Deliverables 1. Signed-off UX/UI mock-ups. 2. iOS and Android builds uploaded to TestFlight / closed testing track. 3. Production-ready mobile apps plus store-listing assets. 4. Live admin dashboard deployed to our domain. 5. Source code, build instructions, and basic technical documentation. Acceptance criteria • A customer can complete a full booking, pay, and receive confirmation without errors. • Admin can view, edit, and cancel any booking from the dashboard. • All data syncs in real time between app and dashboard. • Code passes a security and performance review. Preferred tech stacks are Flutter or React Native on the front end and Node.js or Laravel on the back end, but I’m open to alternatives that meet the objectives above. Continuous integration and clear version control practices are expected. Tell me how you would approach architecture, which third-party services you suggest for payments and notifications, and a rough timeline for each deliverable.
