Professional Portfolio Website Development (Next.js + React + Figma + SEO) I am looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer and Full-Stack Web Developer to design and develop a premium portfolio website for my freelance CAD drafting business. I have over 15 years of professional experience in Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior Shop Drawings, BIM, and Technical Drafting. The website should reflect the professionalism of an engineering consultancy rather than a typical freelancer portfolio. Project Requirements * Design the complete UI/UX in Figma before development. * Develop a custom-coded website using Next.js (preferred), React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. * Do not use WordPress, page builders, or pre-built portfolio templates. * The website must be modern, responsive, fast-loading, SEO-friendly, and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Website Pages The website should include: * Home * About Me * Services * Portfolio (main focus) * Contact The portfolio should support project categories, filtering, image galleries, project detail pages, and be easy to expand as I add new work. Features * Modern premium UI/UX * Responsive design * Smooth animations * Portfolio filtering * Contact form * Floating WhatsApp button * Downloadable PDF portfolio * Download CV * LinkedIn & social media integration * Google Analytics & Search Console * SEO best practices * High performance and fast loading Code Quality The project should be developed with clean, modular, and reusable code that is easy to maintain. I plan to manage and update the website myself using Visual Studio Code with AI assistance, so the project should have a clear structure, proper documentation, and be easy to expand without major code changes.
