What I need from you is a clear, itemised quotation that covers: • Unit price at my requested quantity (please note any price breaks) • Programming/setup charges, if any • Expected lead time from order to dispatch • Shipping method and cost to my location (I will give the postcode once we start chatting) • The surface finish you intend to provide as standard and any optional upgrades you recommend If you spot design tweaks that could lower the machining time or material waste, feel free to call them out in your quote—cost-saving ideas are welcome as long as they do not compromise the specified tolerances.
