I need a reliable vendor who can turn around a batch of 200 Polo T-shirts for my coaching centre. Here is exactly what I am after: • Fabric & build: Spun Matty, 240 GSM, soft yet durable. • Colour: single, solid base across the whole batch. • Branding: a combined text-and-image logo printed (or neatly embroidered, if you prefer) on the front-left chest, plus the coaching centre’s full address screen-printed on the back. • Unit cost target: ₹260 per piece, all-inclusive—cutting, stitching, printing and standard poly-bag packing. • Service fee: I will add ₹5,000 on top of the garment cost once the full 200-piece order is delivered in good condition. Scope of work 1. Produce one pre-production sample for approval (logo artwork will be supplied the moment we start). 2. After sign-off, handle bulk cutting, stitching, printing and finishing. 3. Pack, box and deliver the complete lot to my doorstep. 4. Share clear production photos and courier tracking when the shipment goes out. Acceptance criteria • Fabric weight confirmed at 240 GSM ±5%. • Colour matches the approved lab-dip. • Print/embroidery sharp, centred and within 2 mm tolerance. • No loose threads, stains or size mis-labelling. • All 200 units arrive intact and on time.
