I need a complete CodeSYS application built for an HED 713 display that will act as the front-end controller for a generator. The project covers everything from hardware I/O mapping to a finished user interface and fault-tolerant logic. Interface requirements • Design a single, intuitive screen that shows live status indicators and custom graphics. • Incorporate on-screen Start/Stop, Reset, and Menu navigation buttons. • Allow the operator to drill down into engine and generator metrics pulled from CAN. Network integration Two separate CAN buses must be managed. One will stream engine parameters; the other carries generator status and electrical load data. The program needs to read, display, and where appropriate act on that information (alarms, shutdowns, load shedding, etc.). Control logic Write all PLC logic necessary to start, stop, and protect the genset, handle input/output interlocks, and manage fail-safe states. Electrical knowledge is essential so that trips, sensor scaling, and safety chains are implemented correctly. Deliverables 1. Compiled CodeSYS project file for the HED 713 2. All graphic assets and symbol libraries used 3. Basic operating manual or inline comments explaining configuration steps Please include a sample of previous CodeSYS or HED work when you respond.
