A dedicated PCB will drive a self-service car-wash “vendo” unit built around an Arduino Nano. The board must accept the pulse output from a standard electronic coin slot, translate each valid coin into the required runtime, and use that signal to energise five independent relays that handle pumps, valves, or lights. All relays share a common 12 V source, yet the Nano and logic lines stay safely at 5 V, so on-board regulation (12 V → 5 V buck or linear, as you judge appropriate) is part of the layout. The relays themselves need fly-back protection, status LEDs, screw-terminal or JST headers for easy field wiring, and clear silkscreen labelling. A USB-B or tag-connect footprint for in-circuit programming is also required. Deliverables • Complete schematic (KiCad preferred, Eagle acceptable) • Routed PCB ready for 2-layer fabrication, Gerber + drill files • BOM with manufacturer part numbers and indicative pricing • Brief assembly notes highlighting jumper settings, fuse ratings, and the coin-slot interface pin-out Acceptance is based on a DRC-clean board that fits within 100 × 80 mm, uses commonly available through-hole or easy-to-source SMD parts, and uploads the provided Nano sketch without modification.
