Your job starts with building or refining a high-quality prospect list that matches my ideal client profile, then crafting personalised email copy that highlights our full-cycle software development strengths without sounding templated or spammy. You will set up and send the sequence from a reputable email-outreach platform, monitor deliverability, handle intelligent follow-ups and continuously tweak subject lines, CTAs and scheduling for the best response rate. To keep the project on track I expect: • A vetted prospect list with verified addresses • A three-to-five touch email sequence written and scheduled • Weekly performance stats (opens, replies, booked calls) and optimisation notes • Warm leads delivered straight to my inbox or calendar Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Mailshake or similar, plus a good grasp of international anti-spam regulations, will be essential.
