I shoot a steady stream of narrative-driven material—mostly short films and the occasional commercial—and I need an editor I can rely on as a creative partner rather than a simple technician. The raw footage comes from different cameras and scenes, so shaping it into a cohesive story with strong pacing and rhythm is my top priority. Once the cut feels tight, I expect a thoughtful colour grade that gives the piece a polished, cinematic finish. My workflow is usually DaVinci Resolve, but if you have another proven setup that delivers the same quality, I’m open to it. Clear communication, the ability to swap feedback in real time, and a willingness to explore artistic solutions are all essential, as each project has its own tone and tempo.
