I need a web portal that lets our college community register for events quickly and easily. The core focus is streamlined event registration, but the system must also display clear details for each event type we run—workshops & seminars, social & cultural gatherings, and sports competitions—so students know exactly what they’re signing up for. Role-based access is essential: • Students browse events, join waiting lists, and download their personal QR or PDF ticket. • Event Organizers create, edit, and track attendance for their own listings. • Faculty/Staff moderate content, approve new events, and pull campus-wide reports. Key expectations 1. Responsive, modern interface that works on mobile and desktop. 2. Secure login tied to campus email or single-sign-on. 3. Dashboard views tailored to each role, including capacity counts and real-time registration stats. 4. Simple admin panel for Faculty/Staff to manage categories (workshops, social events, sports) without touching code. 5. Exportable attendance logs (CSV or Excel) for post-event analysis. 6. Clear documentation covering setup, deployment, and daily use.
