I’m producing a bright, cheerful wall poster for grade-schoolers (ages 6-8) that turns Basic Addition and Subtraction into an eye-catching adventure. Your job is to translate these core concepts into a clean, highly organised layout that feels more like play than study. The palette must be vivid and welcoming, illustrations lively, and the language simple enough for early readers. Large, friendly fonts are essential; every number and symbol should be readable from across a classroom. I imagine playful characters, visual cues for counting, and real-world examples that help the sums click instantly. Deliverables • One print-ready poster, A2 (or closest US equivalent), CMYK, 300 dpi, supplied as PDF and PNG • The fully editable source file (Illustrator or InDesign) with fonts embedded or outlined • A brief style guide listing colour codes and typefaces Acceptance criteria • Colours stay vibrant after a test print • Text remains legible from two metres away • Content is limited to addition and subtraction within 20—no multiplication, division, or fractions • Final files pass my printer’s pre-press check If the first design goes well, I may commission follow-up posters covering multiplication, division, or fractions, so creative solutions that can expand into a series are welcome.
