I have 13 scanned Commerce-graduation textbooks that contain worked “Illustrations” from past examination papers. Every illustration—question, working notes, and final answer—must be keyed into Microsoft Word, preserving the page layout exactly as it appears in the books. That means the same headings, sub-headings, tables, numbered or bulleted sections, column alignments, and even spacing must be replicated so a reader can cross-check each line against the scan without confusion. Scope of work • Open the scanned PDF or image for each book and type the illustration content into a fresh Word document. • Reproduce all tables using Word’s table tool, match indentation for journal entries or ledgers, and retain any special symbols or calculation steps that appear. • Proofread your own typing; figures, account names, and totals have to be 100 % accurate because students rely on these for exam practice. • Save each book’s illustrations in a separate .docx file, named after the original book title. Acceptance criteria 1. Text and numeric data are identical to the scans—no omissions, additions, or re-ordering. 2. Formatting in Word visually matches the source pages (line breaks, table borders, column widths, etc.). 3. Files open without compatibility warnings in Word 2016 or later. Let me know your estimated turnaround time for all 13 books and a short sample of previous Word-format data entry work if you have one, so I can gauge accuracy before awarding the task.
