I have a set of architectural and structural blueprints for a mid-size commercial building and now need clear, coordinated M&E drawings to complete the package. The immediate scope covers two systems: the full electrical layout (power, lighting, low-current) and an integrated fire-protection scheme. Everything must tie back seamlessly to the plans we already hold, so accuracy and disciplined layer management in AutoCAD—or an equivalent BIM-ready platform—are essential. You will receive DWG files of the current plans plus my mark-ups that highlight distribution boards, cable routes, detector positions and risers. From these you will deliver: • Detailed M&E drawings for the electrical system • Fire-protection drawings showing detection, alarm and suppression points • Updated legends, schedules and load summaries where relevant I will review in two stages: first a PDF for mark-ups, then the final editable CAD files. Please confirm your experience with commercial projects and the drafting software you prefer so we can move straight into issuing the base files.
