I need detailed plumbing plans for a Café restaurant kitchen. The plans should incorporate existing plumbing and include: - Existing Sinks - Ice makers and beverage dispensers - An existing floor drain - An existing 5-compartment "L" shaped sink - Existing Utility room - Existing Bathroom Ideal skills and experience: - Experience with commercial kitchen plumbing - Ability to work with and adapt to existing plumbing systems - Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Los Angeles, CA - Strong drafting and design skills I have attached a pdf of the layout I created myself and photos of the kitchen. Also, attached is a page from old plans from the last tenant, whereas you can see the complete space.
