For our upcoming commercial mall venture I need a full business plan drafted from the ground up and the supporting numbers entered cleanly into the document. All background figures, occupancy assumptions and raw cost data are already organised in spreadsheets; what I require is the expert synthesis of that information into a single Word file that reads well and can be shared with investors straight away. Key focus areas • Executive Summary – a concise, compelling snapshot that highlights the concept, location advantages, target tenants and expected returns. • Financial Projections – three- to five-year profit & loss, cash-flow and break-even analysis, clearly laid out with tables pulled from my source data and explained in plain language. The finished plan must be delivered as a Word document so I can update numbers later if required. Please retain any tables you create using Word’s table tools rather than embedding images; that will keep everything editable. I will provide: • Excel sheets containing cost estimates, rental rate assumptions and cap-rate scenarios. • Basic narrative points about the mall’s positioning and tenant mix. You will: • Enter the raw figures accurately, verify totals and cross-check formulas. • Structure the narrative so the story flows naturally from the Executive Summary into the financials. • Hand over a polished .docx file, free of typos, ready to print or export to PDF. Accuracy in data entry is critical; any discrepancies in the numbers will delay funding discussions, so please treat reconciliation as part of the job.
