I’ve completed an MVP of an AI-powered plant-disease-detection application built with Flutter. The app already recognises 38 diseases through a ResNet50 model trained on the PlantVillage dataset, explains likely causes, recommends treatments, speaks results aloud in English or Urdu, and logs every diagnosis locally. Real-time predictions are served from a Hugging Face Spaces container running in Docker. The next step is to turn this MVP into a market-ready Android product that farmers and other agricultural businesses can trust in the field. I want to keep the existing feature set intact while polishing the experience, tightening performance and ensuring it meets Google Play requirements. Key outcomes I’d like to achieve: • A production-ready Android build (APK/AAB) that clears Play Store review • Performance optimisation of the ResNet50 pipeline—on-device or remote—so results return quickly over spotty farm-side connections • UI/UX refinements: clearer navigation, helpful error handling and a smooth text-to-speech flow in both languages • Clean, well-documented code and repeatable deployment scripts (Flutter, Dart, Docker, Hugging Face, REST APIs) If you have proven Flutter experience and know your way around mobile AI integration, tell me how you can help push this project over the finish line and into farmers’ hands.
