Experienced Automotive Sales Broker Needed (Long-Term Opportunity) About Us We are a growing automotive dealership based in Linz, Austria, specializing in both used and new vehicles. Our professional website is already live, and we currently have approximately 30 vehicles available for sale. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and trustworthy Automotive Sales Broker to join us on a long-term basis and help increase our vehicle sales across Austria and Europe. Your Responsibilities Find qualified buyers for our used and new vehicles. Generate high-quality sales leads through your network and marketing efforts. Communicate professionally with prospective customers. Arrange inquiries, negotiate prices, and assist in closing sales. Build long-term customer relationships and represent our dealership professionally. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience in automotive sales or vehicle brokerage. Has strong communication and negotiation skills. Is fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Italian, Arabic, Turkish, or other European languages are a strong advantage). Has an existing network of car buyers, dealerships, exporters, or fleet customers. Is honest, self-motivated, and committed to achieving results. Compensation To demonstrate our commitment to a long-term partnership, we offer an initial upfront payment for the onboarding and trial phase. In addition, you will receive an attractive commission for every successful vehicle sale, with excellent earning potential for high-performing brokers. Our goal is to build a long-term business relationship with the right candidate.
