Business Development Manager (US & Canada) – Commission-Based | Recruitment & RPO Sales We are Horizon Talent Alliance LLP, a growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company supporting staffing firms and businesses across North America. We are looking for 3 experienced Business Development Managers based in the United States or Canada to help us expand our client base and build long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Identify and onboard new clients for our RPO and recruitment services. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. Build and maintain relationships with staffing firms and direct employers. Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure excellent client delivery. Develop long-term client relationships that generate recurring business. Compensation First 90 Days (Commission-Based): Earn 10% of the total monthly billing generated from every client you onboard. Recurring commission for as long as the client continues billing with us. Target: Minimum 1 new client onboarded per month. Who We're Looking For Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Existing network within staffing firms or companies hiring recruitment partners is a strong advantage. Self-motivated professionals who can work independently and deliver results. Location Remote Applicants must be based in the United States or Canada.
